Art of living’s Sri Sri Rural Development Trust, under Barclay’s Access to Employability initiative, is organizing a 24-hour FREE Interview Skill or Campus to corporate training to be conducted for college students of final year doing graduation/bachelors, in any field of education (Technical/Non-Technical) engineering, commerce, arts, medical etc.), ITI, Diploma programs or any other type of program in colleges.

We are offering 2 programs:

Access to Employability (a2E)

    Here is online procedure we need to follow.

    Step 1: Register yourself as a representative: Fill your details in the Add Representative Form

    In case you are AICTE College approaching us directly from the reference of the email sent to your

    council then Please select AICTE in ‘Name of SSRDP representative’.

    Enter your name as a College Representative in the space given.

    It is mandatory for everyone to fill ALL the details even if your name is already there.

    Step 2: SSRDP will approve you as a representative. (Approve all the requests at 9am & 4pm everyday)

    After it is approved you will receive a call from our office and a welcome email from us. You can also see your name on the website and select your Name from the list into the next step.

    Step 3: Add college details in "College request approval".

    After it is approved you will receive an email from our office mentioning the College Code, a Proposal and Guidelines. (as per the details provided)

    As College has already Agreed to conduct the training, please get a written confirmation mentioning the single point of contact (SPOC) of college, finalise the dates and the number of students participating in the workshop. If possible request the colleges to give the batch details.

    Arrange for a Trainer on your own or inform SSRDP*, we will provide you.

    Approach a YES!+ Teacher, confirms the dates. (As it mandatory to conduct a 2hour Empowerment talk by Art of Living Youth Faculty.)

    Step 4: Add Batch details

    After it is approved you will receive a batch id and you are ready to start the Training.

    Please note attendance (Format: Date, Name of student & Signature with date) of students is compulsory on daily basis and to be attested by SPOC. YES!+ Teacher need to certify the attendance all the 3 days on his visit.

    Start the training on scheduled date. If any change in schedule please update us at least 3 days in advance by email to

    Step 5: Student Registrations

    Option 1: Get the participating student data from the college prior to the training
    Option 2: Request students on the first day to register on before starting the training
    Option 3: Get it filled Manually according to the excel format.

    (in case of option 2 & 3 please request students to carry there valid id proof with them on the 2nd day to complete the registration process in case internet or devices for registration are not available)

    On successful completion of the Registration, student will receive a Login Id & Password as a volunteer at

    Step 6: After the training is over Student has to login to his profile on and fill the feedback form to activate the link for Certificate download.

    Q: How much are we charging to the college for this program?
    A: Not charging anything to college or Students.
    One open for all final year Graduates Access to Employability,2nd College to Corporate only for Graduates who have offer letters from the companies.

    Q: How many types of programs we can conduct under this scheme?
    A: 2.

    Q: What is this training all about?
    A2E: Making oneself equipped with the skills to face an interview. C2C: Making oneself equipped with the skills required to be in Corporate Office.

    Q: Where will you get trainers?
    A: SSRDP Centrally can provide (Can be Aol Teacher also) or suggested by college.

    Q: Which colleges can be approached?
    A: Any College giving education in any format of studies like Medical, Engineering, Commerce, Nursing, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, ITI, Arts, Distance Education Centre, Health Sciences, Vocational Training, Education, etc.

    A: Only Final year students of Bachelor Degree or Diploma.
